Envelope work for occupied buildings
Commercial facades fail at the same places homes do, only bigger: sealant joints at windows and storefronts, parapets, expansion joints, roof-to-wall transitions and the bottom edge of EIFS. On a hotel, a shopping center or a self-storage building, those details add up to thousands of linear feet.
We work for the people responsible for those buildings: property and facility managers, condo and HOA boards, owners and asset managers, and general contractors who need a stucco and EIFS trade partner on new work. We document what we find, recommend repairs in a sensible order and phase the work so tenants, guests and customers can keep using the property.
Since 1999 ASR has completed many large commercial projects across Georgia. Start with leak detection if you are chasing an active leak, or see our EIFS contractor page for new construction.
