A stucco specialist, not a handyman
Most stucco problems start with water, not with the finish coat. A missing kick-out flashing, a dried-out sealant joint at a window or a wall with no way to drain lets rain into the sheathing, and the damage spreads long before anyone sees a crack or a stain.
That is why every Advanced Stucco Repair job starts with a diagnosis. We probe and test the wall, find the entry point, replace whatever is wet or rotted underneath, and only then rebuild the stucco and match the color and texture to the rest of the building.
Stucco, EIFS and the building envelope are what we do, for homeowners, builders, HOAs, property managers and general contractors. Since 1999 we have worked on everything from a single repair on a family home to large commercial projects.

Stucco Repair
A crack or a stain is usually the visible end of a water problem.

EIFS Repair
A dent in EIFS is more than cosmetic once the mesh is broken, and a dark streak below a window often means wet foam.

Leak Detection
Water behind stucco can travel several feet before it shows up as a stain, and sometimes it never shows at all.

Stucco Waterproofing
Stucco is not a waterproof skin on its own.
Learn moreWhen to call a stucco contractor
Stucco fails quietly. These are the signs we see most often before a repair turns into a rebuild.
Cracks wider than a credit card
Hairline cracks are normal. Wider or stair-step cracks, especially at window corners, let water in.
Stains under windows & roof lines
Dark streaks below windows and where a roof meets a wall point to water running behind the finish.
Bulges or soft spots
Stucco or EIFS that gives when you press it often has wet or rotted sheathing behind it.
Termites, mold or musty rooms
Swollen trim, musty interior walls or termite activity near the wall can all trace back to trapped moisture.

Repairs you can’t find later
A repair that stands out is a repair half done. We blend custom pigment and aggregate to match an existing finish and hand-work the texture to the surrounding wall, on hard coat stucco, synthetic finishes and EIFS alike.
ASR is one of a small number of MoistureFree Guaranteed Contractors selected by MoistureFree Warranty of Cornelius, North Carolina, a status earned through years of warranty repair work. Our staff take part in continuing education from the manufacturers and leaders of the stucco industry.

What our customers say
Homeowners and long-time commercial clients on working with ASR.
“We had numerous issues with the stucco on our newly constructed home… The stucco has a unique texture and is pigmented so we were really concerned about getting a good aesthetic match on the repairs… The stucco finish looks incredible and perfectly matches the house in color and texture.”
“For over 10 years we have relied on ASR for all our stucco repair needs, but as well, for a number of other water intrusion related solutions. Their leadership are responsive and have trained their technicians well.”
“We had a section of our wall that was crumbling, and I was worried the repairs would stand out. Not only did they fix the issue, but they matched the color and texture so perfectly that I honestly can’t tell where the damage was.”
